Booking Policy
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Customers must arrive before their scheduled booking time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
- Couples entry is permitted for guests aged 18+ only with valid ID proof.
- Families with children are warmly welcome.
- Friends, student groups, birthday celebrations, and private gatherings are welcome for all age groups.
Cancellation & Refund
Customers may request a cancellation, refund, or rescheduling at least 3 days prior to their booking date.Eligible customers may either receive a refund or reschedule their booking one time only, subject to slot availability.No refunds or rescheduling requests will be accepted within 3 days of the scheduled booking date.Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.User Responsibilities
- Users must maintain proper behavior on the premises.
- Any damage caused to theatre property may incur additional charges.
- Illegal or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises, and entry under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is not permitted. In such cases, bookings will be treated as non-refundable.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are strictly restricted, except where permitted under specific theatre policies or special event packages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
